Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee and expand the company’s presence by managing sales activities, establishing and nurturing relationships with distributors, chemists, and healthcare professionals, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, organizing medical camps and marketing initiatives, and representing the company with integrity and professionalism. Candidates will also provide feedback on market trends and product performance to the internal teams to align strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong knowledge of Market Analysis and Territory Management
- Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to lead promotional activities such as medical camps and educational programs
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic market environment
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing remote teams and achieving sales targets is a plus
