Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Territory Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a specified territory to achieve sales targets, driving business growth through effective relationship-building with insurance consultants and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing training and support to team members, and ensuring operational compliance with company policies. The role also involves periodic market analysis to identify opportunities for expanding market reach and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and territory management
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
  • Proficient in team management, leadership, and mentorship
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
  • Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
