Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in Aurangabad and involves overseeing and managing operations within an assigned territory to meet sales and business objectives. The Territory Manager will recruit, train, and mentor insurance consultants, analyze sales data to develop effective strategies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, providing regular performance updates to senior management, and addressing customer needs to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
- Proven expertise in sales management, business development, and customer relationship building.
- Analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends to formulate strategic plans.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
