Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Two Wheeler

Job Purpose
The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the Two Wheeler customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product, operations and underwriting teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for acquisition of Automobile (Two Wheeler) business clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives. The role also contributes towards Smooth Customer & Dealer Onboarding, Monitoring Initial MOBs, Cross Sell, Hygiene, Recruitment & Training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring new customers for Dealership business with a detail understanding of Credit assessment, providing end to end solutions to clients
- Establish close connect with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls, share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates and various product offerings
'-Empanelment of new Dealers in the market
- Generate new sales leads for Dealership business customers through referrals from existing clients & promotional activities
- Cross Sell
'- Proactively resolve customer queries
'- Aggregate knowledge of competitor products, best practices in the market
- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio. monitoring iniitial MOBs.
- Team recruitment & training them about various products/processes
- Geographical scoping of potential markets.
- Interaction with product team to share regular feedback from ground.
- Clearing DSA pay-out in time and solving their queries.
- Tracking End to End file disbursement stage.
- Adopting new technological changes.
- Lead and supervise the team so as to explore maximum business opportunity.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
- Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Hiring - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
- Performance Management - Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements

Meeitng Month-on-Month Sales Targets, Managing PDDs, Controlling Delinquency and Portfolio, Customer Acquisition targets, Product Cross Sell targets.
