🚨 We're Hiring – Territory Management Trainee (Field Sales)
Company: Adishree Energy – Power Ultimo Engine Oil
We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join our Field Sales Team as Territory Management Trainees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to retailers and distributors.
- Generate counter sales for Power Ultimo Engine Oil.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports.
Requirements:
- Bike is mandatory.
- Smartphone is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on interview performance and experience).
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy.
