Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Territory Head. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of your assigned territory, including driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and developing strong relationships with corporate partners and SMEs. You will also engage in market analysis, identify new business opportunities, execute strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination within the sales and operations teams. Effective time management and a focus on achieving sales targets are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Background in supply chain finance or financial services is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
