We are looking for a high-energy #Territoryhead to lead our #unsecuredloan segment in #Agra! If you have a proven track record in #BusinessLoans (#BL), Personal Loans (#PL), or Working capital, OD, CC , we want to talk to you.
What you’ll do:
* Drive sales and growth across the Agra territory for our unsecured loan portfolio.
* Mentor and manage a high-performing team to exceed targets.
* Leverage your local market knowledge to expand our footprint in nearby regions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and channels.
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in #BL, #PL, or #LAP segments.
* Previous experience in Team Management is a must.
* Deep geographical understanding and working knowledge of Agra and surrounding areas.
* A result-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Salary Budget:- Up to 10 LPA.
