Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Head, based in Naihati. The Territory Head will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing account relationships, mentoring and leading a team, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. The role also requires coordinating with various business units to drive operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction in the territory.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong Team Management skills to mentor, lead, and motivate team members effectively.
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are sustained.
- Possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and devise actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client and team relationships.
- Proven track record of working in a leadership role, preferably in sales or a customer-facing function.
- Working knowledge of the health and hygiene solutions industry is an added advantage.
