Role Description
The Territory Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Responsibilities include driving business development and sales within the designated territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve sales targets. The role requires market analysis, customer engagement, and strategic planning to expand the company's reach within the region. Additionally, the Territory Development Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, providing feedback, and representing Unipath Specialty Laboratory's mission to deliver superior diagnostics solutions.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales expertise, with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and territory management
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills
- Strategic planning and market analysis experience
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
