Position: Territory Business Manager- B2B
Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must have hands-on experience in agri field sales (seeds/fertilizers/crop protection).
- Strong existing dealer and distributor network across AP & Telangana is mandatory.
- Good understanding of local crops, market dynamics, and dealer engagement.
- Should be target-driven with proven sales track record.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve territory targets.
- Expand and manage dealer/distributor network.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure collections and maintain healthy channel relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, territory management, or channel development, preferably in agri-tech, agribusiness, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and use market insights to refine territory plans and drive growth.
- Comfort with field-based work, including regular travel within the territory to visit partners and conduct on-site meetings.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- A customer-centric mindset with an interest in improving farmer livelihoods and contributing to sustainable agriculture.
