Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Territory Business Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned territories, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role includes creating strategies to achieve sales goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and managing a sales pipeline for business development. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, with experience in building client relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to understand market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and develop strategic initiatives for growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client interactions.
- Time management and organizational skills to multitask and oversee a sales pipeline efficiently.
- Experience in community management, technology platforms, or real estate is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work collaboratively within a team while achieving individual goals.
