Role Description
The Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include driving business growth and managing client relationships within the designated territory, identifying and acquiring potential clients, and maintaining strong existing client links to boost engagement. Executing strategic plans, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer support are central to this role. Additionally, the role requires regular market analysis to identify new opportunities while liaising with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in real estate or prop-tech industries is a plus
