About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Territory Sales Manager to lead B2C business development and client acquisition for our community management SaaS platform.
- This is a field-intensive role where you will engage directly with apartment committees and residential societies, drive product adoption, and own end-to-end sales cycles within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive territory-level sales strategy and execution
- Identify, prospect, and generate high-quality leads through field activities, referrals, and digital research
- Conduct product demonstrations for apartment associations and decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with RWA / society committee members
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
- Onboard new apartment communities onto the platform (core KRA)
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success
- Track pipeline, leads, and performance using CRM tools
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly targets
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1–5 years of proven sales experience (B2C preferred)
- Strong track record of achieving targets
- Must own a 2-wheeler with valid Driving License
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a weekday off
