Role: Territory Business Development Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction.
- Ensure the actual revenue achieved is as per the targeted plan and identify reasons and solutions to mitigate losses;
- Monitor LOB wise month on month growth and provide guidance to Sales Executives to achieve the desired growth;
- Increase the market share of DTDC by adding new clients and customers;
- Retain existing clients and customers of DTDC Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers;
- Analyze and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team Market and sell other vertical offerings of DTDC to existing customers.
Required Candidate profile:Graduation / Post Graduation Sales & Marketing with 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role in a fast paced growth organization.
