Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Account Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and growing sales in assigned territories, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to promote NoBrokerHood’s solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, analyzing customer needs, giving presentations or product demonstrations, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and supporting client on-boarding. The Territory Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client management skills, including negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Prior experience in the prop-tech, real estate, or SaaS industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Management, Sales, or related fields.
