🚀 Reva Agritech is Hiring | Territorial Manager (Pesticides & Seeds)
📍 Location: Sagar | Vidisha | Raisen (Madhya Pradesh)
At Reva Agritech, we are building a strong on-ground presence to deliver high-quality pesticides and seeds that truly make a difference to farmers. We’re looking for a driven, field-oriented professional who understands the local agri ecosystem and is ready to take ownership of a territory.
🔹 Position: Territorial Manager
🔹 Industry: Agriculture (Pesticides & Seeds)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, appoint, and manage distributor & dealer networks across the assigned territory
• Drive product awareness through field visits, farmer meetings, and demo activities
• Build long-term relationships with farmers, retailers, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure effective execution of company strategies at ground level
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
• TA/DA & Additional Allowances: Up to ₹12,000/month
• Performance-driven growth opportunities
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience in agri-input sales (pesticides/seeds preferred)
• Strong local network in Sagar, Vidisha, or Raisen region
• Comfortable with extensive field work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
