Terre des Hommes is looking for an ambitious Fundraiser Actions & Campaigns who plays an important role in inspiring third parties to organize actions and setting up and facilitating fundraising campaigns. You ensure that people, schools, companies or whoever set up actions themselves to raise money for Terre des Hommes, while you support and motivate them. You work closely with internal teams and external agencies and gain experience with fundraising strategies to increase the reach and effectiveness of our campaigns. You are part of the Fundraising Team within the Resource Mobilisation department and report to the Fundraising Manager Private Market. With eight colleagues, you work daily on reaching, activating and retaining donors. We are continuously looking for the right match between target group and proposition. Are you in? Apply now! What are you going to do... As a Fundraiser Actions & Campaigns you are responsible for setting up and facilitating various fundraising campaigns, as well as inspiring external initiators to set up actions for Terre des Hommes. Your tasks include: • You will further develop the 'Take Action' platform and facilitate third-party actions via platforms such as Kentaa and Supporta, motivating and supporting participants to set up successful fundraising campaigns. • Providing support to external campaigners, including companies, and providing them with the necessary motivation and materials to realise successful campaigns. • Actively entering into partnerships with existing events where their participants will participate and raise funds for Terre des Hommes. • You will be in charge of our 'Playing Strong Together' campaign that informs, inspires and activates primary school pupils. • You will work closely with our store team and volunteers to inspire even more people to take action through this network of enormous potential. • You contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising events, promote them externally and work to recruit and involve as many participants as possible. • Data-driven work, monitoring results and costs, and improving campaigns based on insights. You use the digital collection box as an effective fundraising tool in emergency aid campaigns and activate it to quickly generate donations.

Terre des Hommes Nederland aims to protect children by preventing and stopping child exploitation. And by enabling children to make their voices count. Terre des Hommes Nederland focuses on (online) sexual exploitation of children, child labour and humanitarian action. For each of these forms of child exploitation, Terre des Hommes Nederland develops and implements projects and programmes through local partners, mainly in Asia, Africa and Europe.
