About The Team & The Opportunity

Global Markets at Edelweiss manages proprietary capital across multiple asset classes and geographies. The Trading Infrastructure & Risk Support team ensures seamless functioning of trading platforms, compliance with exchange regulations, and risk‑controlled execution across equity and commodities.

As Manager/VP, you will own terminal operations, compliance, and risk monitoring, while partnering with traders, IT, exchanges, and support teams to ensure uninterrupted trading capacity. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership and trading desks.

What You Will Do

• Administer trading platforms and exchange member terminals; enforce access control and compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot trading terminals, connectivity, and data feeds; coordinate with IT/vendors for timely resolution.
• Ensure regulatory adherence for dealer/DMA terminals, including registration, audits, and NISM certification renewals.
• Maintain SOPs for terminal operations, incident response, and disaster recovery; drive automation and efficiency.
• Support International Trading Desk by managing limits, resolving order rejections, and ensuring risk controls.
• Monitor positions, scenarios, and Greeks across domestic and international books; escalate breaches to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to recommend enhancements and validate new software releases.
