Your role in our team As our new Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by analyzing and optimizing our operational processes, driving data-driven decisions, and contributing to the success of our global organization. You will be joining our Planning & Analytics team, where you will analyze operational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic decision-making. You will moreover collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, optimize workflows, and enhance the efficiency of our operations. How you will make a meaningful contribution Your key responsibilities include: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making across departments Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve resource utilization, and enhance overall efficiency Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance operational performance Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on key operational initiatives Bring your world class expertise into play You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement You hold a degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field You have strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, Excel, SQL) and familiarity with ERP systems You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets You have effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to stakeholders As a person, you are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
