Responsible for Plant New launches, Tooling Department, Launch Management, Continuous Improvement Activities in Plant, Responsible for all the activities between New RFQ from Customer to Launch on Shopfloor, Activities Pre-award the business from customer (Understand RFQ design from Customer, Work on Process Design, Capacity required & available for RFQ volumes, Calculate Manpower/Man-mins Required)
