Position Summary:
Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
BSN preferred
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Minimum of one (1) years ER experience required within the past three (3) years
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Must possess and maintain throughout the duration of employment:
Current California RN license;
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider issued by the American Heart Association;
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association;
Current PALS or ENPC Certification (AHA certified);
Current CPI card Within 90 Days of Hire – Nonviolent Crises Intervention Training;
CEN preferred.
