Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Tendering Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of tendering processes, including preparation, documentation, and submission for government contracts. Tasks include evaluating bid requirements, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, analyzing procurement opportunities, and drafting well-structured proposals. Effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders will be essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate bid requirements and align proposals effectively
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration and negotiations
- Knowledge of Procurement processes, particularly for government contracts, and familiarity with the GeM portal
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT or healthcare industries is a plus
