Role Description
We are looking for a Tendering Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tendering process, analyzing requirements, preparing detailed proposals, and coordinating procurement-related tasks. The role also involves effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and compliance with tender guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Procurement processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements and preparing competitive proposals
- Effective Communication and Proposal Writing skills to convey project objectives and align with client expectations
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with proficiency in time and task management
- Proficiency in using tendering and procurement software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in infrastructure or engineering-related industries is a plus
