Tender Executive
Job Description Summary:
Handling Tender search Majorly Government customers, E -Tendering, Bidding, Online Tender Search, Documentation, Proposal preparation, Marathi Letter Drafting. Administrative work.
Job Description:
Tender Identification:
Monitor tender databases, government websites, and other sources to identify relevant opportunities.
Evaluate tender documents to determine the suitability of the opportunity for the organization.
Proposal Preparation:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, legal, and finance departments, to gather information for the proposal.
Prepare and draft tender responses, ensuring they meet all the requirements and adhere to the guidelines set in the tender documents.
Write persuasive and compelling content that showcases the organization's strengths and capabilities.
Include Marathi letter drafting if required to communicate effectively with Marathi-speaking entities.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that all proposal documents are complete, accurate, and comply with the tender requirements.
Maintain an organized document repository for reference and future audits.
Deadline Management:
Create a timeline for the tender submission process and ensure all deadlines are met.
Submit proposals within specified timeframes. Administrative employee provide support to other employees, such as preparing documents, creating presentations, and assisting with various projects.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client requirements. Use this information to enhance the quality of proposals and competitive positioning.
Negotiation and Clarifications
Engage in negotiations and discussions with clients or procurement officers as required.
Seek clarifications and address queries related to the tender.
Market Research:

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and authorities, especially in Marathi-speaking regions, if relevant.
Skills Required:
1.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering, Commerce etc.).
2.Proven experience in tender management and proposal writing.
3.Having exp. In Administrative work and Liasoning work.
4.Proficiency in Marathi letter drafting, if required for the specific job location.
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Marathi and English language.
6.Excellent organizational and project management skills.
7.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
8.Knowledge of procurement and bidding processes.
9.At least 2 yr. exp. in relevant field.
