Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing detailed proposals, analyzing requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. The role also involves preparing bidding documents, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and consistently delivering high-quality submissions to secure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Tender Management and Procurement processes, with the ability to successfully oversee end-to-end tender submissions.
- Strong Analytical Skills to review tender requirements, interpret technical and commercial terms, and provide appropriate responses.
- Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills to prepare compelling and detail-oriented submissions.
- Proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and stakeholder coordination to meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of IT Security, compliance standards, and industry practices is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related fields is preferred.
