Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information. The Tendering Specialist will prepare and submit high-quality proposals, maintain tender documentation, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring procurement portals, tracking tender timelines, supporting cost estimation, and contributing to strategies that improve bid success rates for UAV and drone-related projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience handling complete tender lifecycles and vendor/client interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender documents, assess risks, and support pricing and bid strategy decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and present information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills, including drafting structured, accurate, and persuasive technical and commercial proposals.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with government and private-sector tenders, especially in technology, infrastructure, or drone/UAV services, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tendering and procurement platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple deadlines, and uphold ethical and compliant tendering practices.
