Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Jaipur. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying bid opportunities to submission. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing tender documents, analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders, managing procurement processes, and drafting high-quality proposals aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Procurement processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate tender specifications and identify opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with contract laws, bidding protocols, and relevant industry standards
- Relevant experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and tender management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
