Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Gurugram. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing comprehensive proposals, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing procurement opportunities, and ensuring timely submission of tenders while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate markets and opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Procurement processes and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Indian electronics, automotive, or solar industries is an advantage
