Tendering & Railway Contracts Manager
Notofire Private Limited is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented professional for handling Indian Railways Works Tendering and Contract Documentation activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Railway tendering processes, documentation management, compliance handling, and portal-based tender operations.
Position Details
Job Title: Tendering & Railway Contracts Executive / Manager
Location: Noida
Industry: Indian Railways / EPC / Railway Contracting
Experience Required: 3–5 years relevant experience preferred in Railway Contracting domain
Qualification: Preferably MBA / Master’s Degree
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Complete handling of Indian Railways Works Tenders from identification to submission.
- Proper analysis, preparation, review, and finalization of tender documents, annexures, BOQs, compliance sheets, declarations, and legal documentation.
Expertise in handling:
- IREPS Works Tenders
- IRWCMS Portal
- Shramik Kalyan Portal
a) Execution of all pre-tender and post-tender activities.
b) Preparation and maintenance of Tender MIS and tracking systems.
Monitoring and management of:
PBG (Performance Bank Guarantees)
SD (Security Deposits)
EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits)
Ensuring timely renewal, collection, submission, and closure of BGs and related contractual instruments.
Coordination with internal departments for technical, commercial, and legal documentation.
Maintaining complete tender records and compliance documentation.
Follow-up with Railway authorities, clients, consultants, and associated agencies wherever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Indian Railways tendering and contracting procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Railway Works contracts and documentation.
- Thorough knowledge of Railway commercial procedures, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Good drafting, analytical, and documentation management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and document control systems.
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Railway signaling, electrical, safety systems, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with RDSO/RailTel/CORE/IRCON/RVNL tendering processes will be an added advantage.
Candidates residing in Delhi NCR, preferably Noida, will be preferred.
