Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tendering Manager role located in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Tendering Manager will oversee the preparation and submission of tender documents, coordinate with procurement and sales teams, and manage tender processes from initiation to submission. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting project management activities to ensure successful bid execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation processes
• Strong knowledge of Procurement and Sales operations
• Experience in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the steel industry and public/private procurement processes is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of handling tenders in steel construction, structure steels, and PEB , or STRUCTURE related industries is a plus
