Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Manager at Garuda Aerospace, based in Chennai. The Tendering Manager will be tasked with overseeing tender management and preparation, coordinating procurement processes, and contributing to sales strategies. The role also involves managing projects related to tender submissions and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The Tendering Manager will work collaboratively with multiple departments to drive business growth and secure contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including analyzing requirements and delivering high-quality tender documentation
- Proficiency in Procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of resources
- Strong background in Sales and strategy to develop competitive proposals and drive contract wins
- Capability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and oversight of deliverables
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the drone technology industry or related fields would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
