Job Title: Tender Executive- Admin
Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations along with supporting core HR functions. The role also involves handling GeM and PPP tender participation and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, attendance, and coordination
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital)
- Prepare, review, and manage official correspondence
- Maintain and organize company records with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Tender Management
- Handle participation in GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and PPP tenders
- Prepare and submit tender documentation within deadlines
- Maintain records of tender submissions and follow-ups
General Responsibilities
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of GeM and PPP tender processes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
