.Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete tender lifecycle — identification, evaluation, submission, and follow-up
• Prepare and review technical & commercial documentation
• Coordinate with internal technical, finance, and leadership teams
• Identify contractual, commercial, and execution risks during bid stage
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission timelines.
Required Skills
• Strong documentation and proposal preparation skills
• Ability to identify risks and commercial implications in tenders
• Working knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and other government/private tendering platforms
• Understanding of public procurement processes and private bidding practices
• High attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
