We’re Hiring: Tendering Manager – EPC (Transmission Lines)
📍 New Delhi | Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Tendering Manager to lead EPC transmission line projects—driving the entire bidding process from strategy to successful execution.
🔹 About the Role
You will manage the complete tendering lifecycle, including opportunity identification, bid/no-bid decisions, and techno-commercial proposal development. This role demands strong expertise in utility tendering and a proven track record of winning competitive bids.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✓ Manage end-to-end tendering for high-value EPC projects
✓ Develop competitive pricing strategies and commercial structures
✓ Lead techno-commercial bid preparation and compliance
✓ Collaborate with Engineering, Costing, Procurement & Legal teams
✓ Handle tenders for PGCIL and state utilities
✓ Lead pre-bid meetings and stakeholder coordination
✓ Identify risks and build winning bid strategies
🔹 Requirements
✓ 8–15 years of EPC tendering experience (Transmission Lines mandatory)
✓ Proven success in securing high-value projects
✓ Strong knowledge of utility tendering frameworks
✓ Expertise in costing, contracts & commercial negotiations
✓ Preferred: Experience handling tenders above ₹50 Cr
✓ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
