Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Executive, based in Mandideep. The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, monitoring bid processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission. The role requires coordination with stakeholders, analysis of tender requirements, and preparation of competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document preparation, scheduling, and process monitoring
- Ability to analyze tender requirements, prepare competitive bids, and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools like Microsoft Office; experience with any tendering or ERP software is a plus
- Knowledge of the mechanical or industrial engineering sector and tendering frameworks is an advantage
- Detail-oriented mindset and an ability to work within deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
