Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders from government and private portals, analyzing eligibility criteria, and preparing complete tender documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs, compiling pricing proposals, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The Tendering Executive will maintain tender records, track bid status, and follow up on clarifications or post-tender negotiations as needed. Daily tasks also include updating management on tender opportunities, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, and supporting process improvements in the tendering function.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in tender search, evaluation of eligibility criteria, and preparation of tender documents and bid proposals.
- Candidates should possess skills in coordination with sales, finance, and technical teams for data collection, pricing inputs, and approval workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation accuracy, contract review support, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management, record keeping, and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder management, and professional email and report writing.
- Relevant experience in tendering, sales coordination, or commercial operations, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or manufacturing, is beneficial.
- Any Qualification is preferred; familiarity with government procurement processes is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical ability, time management, and the capacity to work to strict deadlines are essential.
Salary : 20000-23000 Per Month
