About the Role
URC Construction Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for our Tendering & Estimation team. Candidates should have strong knowledge in BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-off, costing, and tender documentation with exposure to large-scale construction projects.
Open Positions
Senior Level – Civil Tender Manager
Experience: 6 - 15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end handling of Civil Tendering activities, including technical and commercial evaluation.
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, costing, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Preparation of accurate and competitive project estimates and tender submissions.
- Tender-stage resource planning, vendor identification, and sub-vendor/subcontractor coordination.
- Preparation and review of estimation reports, cost comparisons, and bid submissions.
- Coordination with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors during the tender stage.
- Vendor follow-up, quotation evaluation, and commercial comparison.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project (MSP).
- Candidates with experience in large-scale building/EPC construction projects will be preferred.
