Job Description – Tender Engineer (Tendering & Estimation)
Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Tender Engineer to manage end-to-end tendering and estimation activities for EPC Substation and Electrical Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, bid submissions, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Estimation
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from various portals and clients
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and commercial terms
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimations, rate analysis, and techno-commercial proposals
- Prepare tender synopsis and risk analysis for management review
- Handle e-tendering processes and online bid submissions
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents
Technical & Coordination
- Prepare SLDs, layouts, and cable sizing calculations
- Understand and evaluate substation equipment such as CT/PT, LA, Isolators, SF6 Breakers, Transformers, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and technical clarifications
- Work closely with procurement, design, and execution teams for project inputs
- Maintain tender records, documentation, and proposal databases
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in EPC Substation / Switchyard Projects (AIS, GIS, Hybrid)
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, and proposal preparation
- Familiarity with substation engineering and electrical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
Desired Skills
- Strong analytical and estimation capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple tenders independently
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach
