Kohsa Analytics is an environmental engineering company with 7+ years of operations across eastern India, specialising in ETP, STP, WTP, and APC systems. We work with pharmaceutical manufacturers, government institutions, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
We are scaling our government business and looking for an experienced tendering professional to manage our end-to-end bid pipeline independently and remotely.
Role: Tendering Engineer (Remote, Freelance / Full-Time)
Location: Anywhere in India
Start Date: May 2026
What you will own:
→ Daily monitoring of GeM, TenderDekho, CPPP, eProcurement portals, and state government portals for relevant ETP / STP / WTP / O&M / AMC tenders nationally
→ Tender evaluation — eligibility check, scope mapping, commercial viability assessment before recommending to the founder
→ End-to-end bid preparation — technical submissions, financial bids, supporting documents, compliance checklists
→ EMD management, deadline tracking, corrigendum monitoring
→ Live pipeline tracker maintained and updated weekly
→ Post-bid follow-up — LOA tracking, performance security coordination, and onboarding documentation
What we are looking for:
→ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience filing government tenders — GeM and CPPP experience is mandatory
→ Prior exposure to environmental engineering, water treatment, infrastructure, or government hospital procurement is a strong advantage
→ Thorough understanding of NIT documents, CPF/service codes, bid bond requirements, and government procurement compliance
→ Meticulous documentation skills — accuracy and deadlines are non-negotiable
→ Self-directed, proactive, and capable of managing a live bid pipeline without day-to-day supervision
Engagement model:
Structure is discussed based on experience and volume capacity. Both freelance and full-time arrangements are open.
