Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Tendering & Costing Manager is based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and evaluating tenders, managing costing for projects, preparing technical and commercial bids, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for vendor negotiations, cost estimations, and preparing financial reports. Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure timely submission and accuracy of tender documents.
Qualifications
- Experience in tender preparation, evaluation, and costing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting
- Proficiency in contract management and vendor negotiations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in engineering terms, techniques, and project management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in infrastructure development or EPC projects is highly advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software and tools for costing and tendering processes
