Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Tendering & Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves preparing, evaluating, and managing tender submissions and contract agreements. The role includes liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, analyzing contract terms, and offering professional advice on contractual matters. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency and ensure transparency in the tendering processes while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and contractors.
Qualifications
- Experience in tender preparation, bid process management, and comprehensive contracts management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing bid proposals and terms of contracts
- Proficiency in negotiation and communication for liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant laws, compliance processes, and regulatory guidelines in the real estate or construction sector
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee tendering timelines and deliverables
- Proficient in using procurement and documentation software, as well as advanced MS Office skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications in contract management or procurement are advantageous
- Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic work environments
