Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position located in Navi Mumbai for a Tendering and Business Development Manager. The role involves preparing and managing tender submissions, developing business strategies, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements and project objectives. The manager will also coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project proposals and contribute to achieving company growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in tendering processes, proposal writing, and preparation of technical and commercial bids
- Strong background in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent analytical and research skills to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with tender and project specifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field
- Familiarity with the engineering and surveying industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant tools for documentation and presentations
