About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering & Business Development Executive to support our operations in the skill development and education sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities through government tenders, preparing bid documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant government tenders, RFPs, and skill development projects.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements to ensure compliance.
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documentation within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, documentation, and project requirements.
- Work on various government portals such as GeM, NSDC, state skill missions, and other tender platforms.
- Maintain a tracker of active tenders, submission timelines, and status updates.
- Handle post-tender queries, clarifications, and follow-ups with authorities.
- Liaise with training partners, vendors, and stakeholders for required inputs and documentation.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines in the skill development sector.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering or any relevant field preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with GeM portal and other government tender platforms is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation and bid processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail.
