𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
🔹 Tender Manager – 2 Positions
🔹 Tender Associate – 2 Positions
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Only candidates currently based in Indore or Bhopal will be considered.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Identify and evaluate government and private tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents and ensure complete compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical, Procurement, and Legal teams.
• Prepare and submit bids through GeM, SAP Ariba, and other e-procurement portals.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and cost estimates.
• Maintain records of submitted bids, tender status, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management on tender performance and pipeline.
𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
✔ 3–7 years of experience in Tender Management or Bid Management
✔ Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills
✔ Knowledge of bid securities, bank guarantees, and tender compliance
✔ Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders
𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Tender/Bid Management
✔ Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Office
✔ Experience in the Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or B2B sector will be an added advantage
