Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Tender Manager will oversee the end-to-end tender management process, including preparing and submitting bids, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating procurement and sales strategies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The Tender Manager will also ensure that all documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines, contributing to the achievement of key business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tender Management, including preparation and submission of comprehensive proposals
- Experience in Procurement and Sales to align tender requirements with organizational goals
- Strong skills in Project Management, with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with solar energy industry standards and practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
