Role Description
Weightrack India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tender Manager to oversee and manage tendering activities from start to finish in a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. The Tender Manager will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents, coordinating procurement processes, collaborating with the sales team to align tendering efforts with business goals, and overseeing project management aspects related to tender execution. The role also involves fostering relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the tender process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation to handle the end-to-end tendering process.
- Experience in Procurement processes and vendor management practices.
- Strong skills in Sales and the ability to align tender processes with organizational sales objectives.
- Expertise in Project Management to ensure the successful execution of tender-related projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and commit to a full-time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the industrial, automation, and solar sectors is a plus.
