We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to join our Company.
Job Location: Punjabi Bagh West,New Delhi
Salary: No bar for right candidates
Experience Required: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and securing international tender opportunities that align with the company's business objectives and growth plans
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in all submissions.
- Evaluate and improve tender processes, workflows, and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively research and identify new international tender opportunities through various channels and databases to ensure a steady pipeline of potential projects.
- Lead the drafting, editing, and assembly of bid documents, ensuring all submissions are well-organized, compelling, and compliant with tender specifications.
- Ensure that all tender submissions comply with Tender documents, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on tender outcomes, trends, and activities for internal review and strategic planning.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant tender management experience
• Strong knowledge of tender documentation and portals
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and deadline management
