Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Manager based in our Gurugram office. The Tender Manager will be responsible for overseeing and preparing tender documents, coordinating procurement activities with suppliers, and managing tender submissions. The role also involves collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment with client needs. The Tender Manager will maintain compliance with regulations and develop competitive bid proposals to secure contracts effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation to execute detailed and compliant proposals.
• Experience in Procurement and understanding of supplier engagements and project-related purchasing.
• Familiarity with Sales and Project Management, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and software relevant to tendering and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical infrastructure industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
