Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Management Executive based in Bengaluru. The Tender Management Executive will coordinate tender submissions, analyze tender requirements, and prepare comprehensive proposals to participate in the Government procuring tender all over India. Responsibilities include managing documentation, staying updated on market trends and competitive analysis and ensuring compliance with tender guidelines. The role also requires working closely with internal teams to gather necessary data, ensure on-time submissions, and contribute to the organization's business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in tender documentation, preparation, and submission processes.
- Ability in understanding the tender document (English knowledge is required )
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
