Job Title: Tender Intelligence Analyst (Government Procurement)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Tender Intelligence Analyst to support the discovery, evaluation, and shortlisting of relevant government tenders across India.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, analysis, and decision support, and has experience navigating government procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-tender portals
- Identify and shortlist relevant tenders aligned with our business areas
- Filter opportunities based on:
- Project value (₹50,000 – ₹5,00,000)
- Eligibility (including DPIIT startup benefits)
- Technical feasibility
- Conduct preliminary analysis of eligibility criteria and requirements
- Prepare monthly tender intelligence reports (3–5 high-quality opportunities)
- Share alerts for urgent or high-priority tenders
- Support bid/no-bid decision-making with clear insights
Requirements
- Experience with government tenders, procurement, or bid management
- Familiarity with platforms like GeM / CPPP / state portals
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to interpret tender documents and eligibility criteria
- Good written communication and summarization skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or solar sectors
- Understanding of EMD exemptions and startup eligibility
Work Details
- Role: Full-time / Contract (flexible)
- Location: Remote
- Workload: ~40–45 hours per week
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
